Terms
1. For value received, you represent and warrant that the Testimonial given is original and does not infringe upon any other person or entity.
2. You agree that Dean's Machine Auto Repair. shall own all rights to the Testimonial. You also agree that Dean's Machine Auto Repair has the right to use or not to use the Testimonial and to use, reproduce, re-use, alter, modify, edit or change the Testimonial and your name and likeness for any purpose as Dean's Machine Auto Repair sees fit.
3. You agree to indemnify and release Dean's Machine Auto Repair from any liabilities arising out of or relating to your providing said Testimonial.
